Hire Portable Multigas Analyser

GA21 Plus® is a hire portable muligas analyser designed for short to medium term monitoring of emissions and process gas. Produced for harsh operating conditions, the GA21 Plus® hire portable multigas analyser is equipped with 5 (gas proprietary) measuring cells amongst a large selection of compounds commonly targeted in the industry. With its compact and basic design, the GA21 Plus® offers unique multiple sensor options, integrated and calibrated specifically for DeNOX application in small to large scale combustion plants. Separate gas paths and gas proprietary cells allows combining performant and reliable NDIR and electrochemical field replaceable sensors into the same equipment.

O2, CO2, NO, NO2, NOx and N2O

For gases with high moisture content, a compact gas dryer completes the built in sampling system. The GA21 Plus® hire portable multigas analyser has a built-in differential pressure sensor for gas velocity, large internal memory for storage of several weeks of emissions data. Its built-in ribbon printer for standard (non-thermal) paper allows on the spot printing of user configurable reports for fast and efficient regulatory inspection of boilers and engines.

Exclusive features

NDIR and ElectroChemical Cells
Equipped with 5 gas measuring cells. Typical configurations includes process control, Environmental compliance monitoring and combustion and DeNOx efficiency (NO, NO2, O2, CO2, N2O). The GA21 features by default the measurement of gas velocity as well as process gas and ambient air temperatures (optional probes required).
Gas Sampling Probe
Standard or Heated (for hot and wet gases), the probe holder fitted with one exchangeable gas sampling probe (available in variable lengths and materials) forms a complete sampling gun essential to convey the sample from the sampling point to the analyser buitlin sampling system.
Data capture
Built-in real-time acquisition and instant processing of process parameters : Gas temperature, Boiler intake air temperature, Differential Pressure, Gas velocity, Excess air number, Stack loss, Combustion Efficiency…
Differential pressure sensor
Differential pressure sensors for measurements of chimney draft and flow velocity. Pitot tube, digital RH and temperature sensors required.
Powerful interface
Built In printer for fast printing of inspection user configurable report, firmware for assisted gas calibration, built-in large memory for results saving, results presented on LCD display (128×128) with backlight.

Gas Treatment Centres

Accuracy and high reliability in harsh conditions of operations makes the GA21® Portable Gas Analyser a powerful optimisation tool for waste recycling facilities (incinerator, water treatment plant).

SCR and SNCR Selective non-catalytic and catalytic reductions are designed to reduce the emissions of NOx by injecting ammonia is directly injected at the combustion chamber exhaust. This process causes the nitrogen oxides to react with the ammonium and turn into nitrogen and water. The GA21® Portable Gas Analyser is suited to upstream and downstream SNCR/SCR short term testing and provides plants operator with accurate data to control NOx regulatory emissions while optimising the denitrification process with upstream NOx measurements.

GTC and flue gas scrubbers reduce the emissions of acid gases such as SO2 with pulverised lime powder or solutions while the discharge of heavy metals and organic pollutants is controlled with the addition of activated carbon. Accurate monitoring of O2, SO2 upstream of the GTC allows reducing the quantity of reagents injected.
